TDash.org  Its not just another twitter client.you no need to register for this.
you can login with Twitter username and password. the look and feel of the Dashboard is good.And is very easy to use the Dashborad with lot of extrafuntionality.If you stick with this u no need to use twitter.Twitter will be used to create username and ID thats it.you can use only TDash.org

Again this site is Made In India.

I know it is very tough to see Indian using Twitter API.I meant its not tough to use.but indians are not intersted in creating such Applications which Uses twitter API ;)
